Zavoda diaphragm seals feature a patented design to flex more readily and allow more displacement of the liquid fill fluid, increasing sensitivity. Eliminating the need for a machined diaphragm clamping ring lowers cost, and an ingenious o-ring casketing of the diaphragm insures minimal possibility of leakage of the liquid fill fluid when properly installed, operated and maintained.
Diaphragm Seals
Zavoda Diaphragm Seals are available in two basic sizes, Series 5 (small) and Series 6 (large). The difference between the two series is that the effective diaphragm area used in the 6 series is double that of the effective diaphragm area used in the 5 series. Therefore, the series 6 should be the choice for all sensitive and low pressure applications.
