Davis Valve, located in Memphis, Tennessee, manufactures a wide range of industrial valves for many different applications. The Davis Valve product line includes knife gates, wafer checks, boiler stop checks, ball valves, strainers, gates, globes, swing checks, plug valves, and butterfly valves. Davis Valve manufactures valves ranging from 1/2″ all the way to 36″ in many different body materials.

You can count on Davis Valve to have the boiler stop check valve you need when you have a boiler down. All Davis stop check valves comply with the applicable requirements of Section 1, Power Boilers, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Cast iron stop checks are available in 2 1/2″ through 8″ both in angle and straightway styles. Steel stop checks are available in 3″ through 12″ both in angle and straightway styles. Hammer blow hand wheels are standard on valves 6″ and larger.

Butterfly Valves

Davis Valve offers wafer and lug style butterfly valves in sizes 2″ through 24″. These valves are available in WCB steel as well as 316SS and come standard with RTFE seats. Davis also stocks also stocks more than 1,200 rubber seated butterfly valves. Davis Valve high performance butterfly valves are used in a wide variety of applications. Some of these applications include pulp and paper, mining, food processing, power generation, water and waste water treatment, as well as refining.

Globe Valves

Davis globe valves are produced in cast iron, cast steel, forged steel and stainless steel. Globe valve sizes range from 2” to 12”. Davis Valves manufactures a wide range of industrial valves for many different applications.

Knife Valves

Davis Valve knife gate valves are available in multiple styles, with options for hand wheels, gears, chin wheels and air cylinders. Knife gate sizes range from 2” to 36”. Every knife gate has a solid one piece cast body with integrally cast gate jams and guides. They are full port and designed with blow out proof packing glands and Nylock locking nuts.

Wafer Check Valves

Davis Valve offers a wide range of double door wafer checks in cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel as well and steel and stainless alloys in sizes ranging from 1 1/2″ to 36″ and pressure classes 125#, 150#, 300#, 600#, 900#, 1500#, and 2500#. Davis Valve Wafer Checks are easy to install and maintain, and provide smooth spring-assisted closing in an economical, lightweight and compact design.
