The foundry has the capacity to provide rapid prototyping through its investment and no-bake processes. Additionally, the Flowserve induction skull melting process is capable of producing reactive alloy castings at a significantly lower cost and with unmatched alloy flexibility.

Trunion Mounted Ball Valves
The Flowserve Trunnion-Mounted Ball Valve is in-line repairable and assures bi-directional sealing of the valve with two independent floating seats. The design of the seats minimizes the torque required to operate the valve without losing the sealing power. This power is assured from zero differential pressure to the valve’s maximum rated pressure. Quarter-turn valves is manufactured to seal off both seats at the same time and to allow bleeding of the entrapped cavity pressure with the ball in the closed position.
Recognized as a leader in valve automation systems, the range of Flowserve pneumatic actuators can automate valves with torque values from 25 to 500,000 in-lb.
